Unloading Deck and Retention Area
Our unloading decks are height-adjustable, and our retention areas come with movable partitions. This allows our customers to adjust their space depending on the number of pigs, which produces highly economical and reasonable results.


Automatic Low-Voltage Electrical Stunner
Our automatic low-voltage electrical stunner was developed with indigenous technologies, which allows our customers to save on expensive royalties associated with imported products. It minimizes damage to animals by ensuring rapid and effective restraint and dramatically reduces PSE (pale, soft, exudative) pigs by lowering the animals’ stress.


Shock Tunnel and Pre-cooling Room
After slaughtering, the core temperature of carcasses ranges between 40 and 41℃. If the meat is not cooled in a pre-cooling room, the heat may cause various defects including pale color or poor water retention caused by coarse tissue. Daewon Machine’s automated shock tunnel addresses this problem by ensuring fast delivery to the pre-cooling room.
